After a few weeks of Thando working at the Nkosi mansion. Jonathan’s mom starts to suspect that something is off about Thando as she usually disappears and sometimes go out in the middle of the night. So she asks someone to start following her. 

Mrs Nkosi: (What is she doing?)(approaches Thando who seems to be talking to someone over the phone, Mrs Nkosi sneaks up and eaves drops on her)

Thando: (whispering) I told you to give me more time. I’ll get the money soon… okay let’s meet tonight at the usual place. I’ll tell you the time. (Hangs up)

Mrs Nkosi: (who is she talking to, I better leave before she sees me) (bumps into a vase when leaving and it falls and breaks.)

Thando: (checks it out) madam what are you doing? (Did she overhear everything?)(curious)

Mrs Nkosi: (pale and scared but plays it cool) I…oh I was just looking for you?

Thando: For me? Why?… Hey are you okay, you don’t look fine…(touches her) you’re cold…

Mrs Nkosi: No I’m fine, just my blood pressure is low… I’m gonna go rest now.(relieved,and tries to walk away)

Thando: Didn’t you want to talk to me about something?

Mrs Nkosi: Yah, I just wanted to ask you to… call the doctor for me. I’ll go rest now.

Thando: Okay, rest well I’ll call him now.(calls the doctor)

Mrs Nkosi: (signals the doctor so that he can ask Thando to leave) How is it doctor?

Doctor: miss can you please leave us…

Thando: yes…(leaves the room)(something is wrong here, I have a bad feeling but let me go meet him, I’ll worry about this later.) (Leaves for the warehouse)

Back in the room

Doctor: Ah, why are you making me do a check up on you if you are fine?

Mrs Nkosi: Listen doctor I’m grateful that you didn’t say a word to her and I hope you won’t do so in the future as well, I’ll pay for your time wasted.
