I quickly took a shower, and got dressed. I put on my sundress, with a pair of sandals. My hair was down, letting my natural curls loose. Today is no makeup day. I went downstairs, and met up with my dad. He had just finished his coffee.

“Hey dad. I’m ready.”

“Cool. We just waiting on your mom then we’ll leave. Okay?”

“Sure!”

He then turns, and heads upstairs.

Mom’s joining us? NICE! I quickly made myself something to eat. Heading to the fridge, I pour myself a glass of juice.

I then head to the dining table, and sit on a barstool. Knowing my mom, she’ll take forever to get dressed.

After what felt like 3 years, she was finally done. It really seems like my mother hasn’t aged a bit. She still looks like she’s in her 30’s. I guess that’s what comes with being a werewolf.

“Okay, we can go. I’m ready.”

We got in the car, and we were soon on our way to the mall. I kept texting Sarah back and forth. There was still no news about her missing family.

Apparently her brother and the rest of the gang are still searching. I hope that they get found soon, and safe. My parents were talking about royal duties. Boring stuff, that I really have no interest in.

When we got to the mall, we were immediately bombarded with paparazzi. So you see? This is the reason why I cover myself up with makeup. I don’t have time for interviews and stuff, I have shopping to attend. My parents ordered the guards to keep them out.

“So, where do we go first?” My dad asked.

That ladies and gentlemen, is my favorite question. When I am in the mall, we have to go to all my favorite spots first.

“Oh boy, you just asked the wrong question my love.”

I heard my mom tell my dad. When realization hit him, he immediately saw that it was a huge mistake.

“Yeah,I shouldn’t have asked that. I definitely shouldn’t have.”

I chuckle quietly. There two really think that I cannot hear them. Did they forget that I’m a werewolf? It pretty sure seems like it.

“Girls are so hard.” My mom says.

“Hey! YOU wanted a ‘mini-me’.Remember?”

I laugh as I heard my mom sigh. They were literally arguing about me, in the middle of the damn mall. I mentally slapped myself.But…..I couldn’t care less either way. I have a shopping spree to do.

“Still…..I never knew females could be so difficult.”

“Well, I should say that. I’m practically married to one.”

“I’m NOT difficult. YOUR daughter is.”

“MY daughter? You do know that it takes two to tango right?”

I mentally cringe when my dad said that. Seriously?

“We really going to do this? Here? Right here? You both are hard headed.”

“So are you my dear. Well then, I wonder who she got it from. Certainly not me.”

My mom huffs as she starts to follow me. My dad was following close behind.

“You do know that I heard that entire conversation right?”

I say as I turn around and look at my parents. They stopped dead in their tracks, and looked at each other. They then looked at me, then at each other, then at me again. My mom stared at me, and smiles sheepishly. My dad rubbing his head.

“Oh, sorry.”

I face palmed myself.

“Clearly you guys forgot I’m a werewolf. It’s obvious that you guys are getting old. The old age is getting to ya.”

I turn around, and heard them both gasp.

“Hey!!”

Hehehehehe, this trip should be fun.
