Midnight, a tiny distance from the rocks there were three Indian women, triplets, standing and gazing where the fire came from. Their eyes were blood red. Lucifer himself. And they were tall. They wore outer long sleeve garments with hoods covering their heads. An oddly cocky appearance was displayed and appeared wrathful. Soon they clasped hands and suddenly there was a noxious unexpected wind. It blowed and travelled towards the flaming rocks.

Nontetha was wide awake while the warriors had an awful snore. She was going through some of her father’s work she brought with her. She was specifically looking information about the Assegai; unfortunately she couldn’t find anything. She groaned in frustration as she folded the papers and shoved them back in ingxowa.
Then something else caught her eyes. A map. She grasped and looked at the location of the Dlinza Forest that was a danger to cross through it. She shut her eyes down and reminisced the words in her head for the safe passage entry. Just the way it was written in one of her father’s work.

Nontetha then glanced down to the location again, this time her eyes shifted to a location before the Dlinza forest. It was circled with a danger crossing. There wasn’t any name written, but it seemed to be a village after her homeland.
Nontetha widened her eyes in shock. She realised the danger location was the same place they were taking their rest. She shoved back the map in her small bag and woke the general aggressively.

“Ucinga ukuba wenza ntoni?” the general woke up perplexed. He resented the disturbance of his peaceful sleep.

“Vuka!’ Nontetha shouted. ” This place is not safe. Wake your men up.”

“And you only realise that now!?” the general roared in anger.

While, Nontetha was putting off the fire, the five warriors woke before the general gets the chance to. They sat up silently and their eyes had turned bloody red. Devilish like the three identical women. Nontetha and the general stood there agitated, not having a slightest clue what was going on with them.
Soon after the noxious wind was blowing amongst them. And the warriors had began to attack each other with their exes.

“What the hell is this!” the general barely heard his own voice in the strong wind as he saw his men attempting to kill each other.

Nontetha glanced at the far aside from them. She saw the red of eyes and it immediately struck on her mind those eyes are the cause of the possessed warriors.
That’s when she knew she had to risk her life to stop this chaos.

“Try to stop your men from killing each other!” Nontetha spoke out loud to the general. “I’m gonna face the enemy.”

“Don’t be foolish little girl! What do you know about fighting. You only going to get yourself killed.”

Nontetha was already gone. Disappeared from the sight. If she was still the vulnerable girl then maybe she wasn’t even going to be in this journey, but after her father passed on, his close friend named, Mvaye had taught her how to defend herself. She was more then capable of taking care of herself. Nontetha got close to the enemy. She saw three figures who clasped their hands together. She had an assumption it was a combined power and if she could take one down perhaps all this madness of the wind and possession would come to an end.

Nontetha wanted to identify herself but it would be pointless to be heard from the noisy wind. As she stepped closer with her heart jumping nervously, it took a glimpse to see the middle figure jumping towards her. A hard foot was shoved on her chest and she fled to the ground and her head took a hard knock on the back.
That’s when, Nontetha was aware one of the figures was a woman. A woman with a great strength. She forced herself up when the woman walked slowly towards her. She then pulled out a dagger behind her miniskirt, ready to defend herself. She had to take them all down since she was at fault to think it was a combined power. The other two stood alone with their own hands clasped together. She was just relieved they weren’t ganging up on her. Underestimating her made it easier to take them one by one if she can.

Nontetha ran to struck her dagger on the woman, attempting powerful thrusts but the woman dodged all her attacks. She went down and swung her leg to trip the woman, but she was aware as she jumped up to avoid from falling. She attempted again with her dagger, but the woman gripped her wrist and twisted rapidly causing the dagger to fall from, Nontetha’s hand.

She groaned when a punch to her stomach followed. She bent down and another struck of the woman’s knee thrust on her chin. She stumbled back. The woman struck a punch on her face and she fled to the ground again. She groaned in frustration and molested, becoming aware that she was no match for this evil woman.
Back at their camping, general Mlibo had a lot on his plate. He blocked the exe that was coming for his head. He shoved his feet to the possessed warrior’s groan and took his exe and tossed it far away.

Another possessed warrior came from behind, swinging his exe for his head but he dodged down. The fists came flying on the warrior’s face. Again the general managed to take the another exe and tossed it away. It was the only way for the general to stop the possessed warriors from assassinating each other. Especially for him to be assassinated.

Knocking the third warrior down, the general heard an exe thrusting on a neck. A warrior despatching the other. Another warrior took the exe of the dead warrior and slayed the ruthless warrior ruthlessly.
It was a massacre.

“Who the hell are you?” said Nontetha as she layed on the ground.

“The wicked triplets. The protectors of the Devil village,” the woman responded. “And we have no room for trespassers.”

Nontetha’s father must have known the place without knowing the name. After all, this Devil village was hidden since, Nontetha and the warriors didn’t visualise anything during daytime. It was invisible.

“We were just passing through” said Nontetha.

“Now you’re going to pay with your lives. All of you are going die. There’s no escape” said the woman.

So fast that, Nontetha didn’t see the woman coming again, her neck was gripped by the woman’s hand. The grip was tight and the woman was squeezing the life out of her.

Luckily for, Nontetha had a second dagger behind her miniskirt. The wicked triplet was surprise when a sharp blade stabbed into her heart. She dropped down on her knees and held on her wound. The blood was spitting out rapidly.

The other two triplets were shocked and quickly went to their injured sister. The powerful wind came to end and the three possessed warriors returned back to themselves and the general released a relieved sigh.

Nontetha remained on the ground, coughing out. She was still afraid for her life. She believed the two sisters were going to avenge their sister, but instead all three vanished into thin air.

Later on general Mlibo burned the two dead warriors. Meanwhile, Nontetha wasn’t comfortable of spending another minute in the territory of the devils. The triplets could return in any moment to finish what they started.

“We need to get the hell out here,” said Nontetha. “We can’t afford the devil women to return.”
