Sindi continued with school and passed her grade 12 with 5 distinctions and got a bursary to study medicine at Wits University. This was heart warming to Sindi’s mother because this was a big achievement and now had hope that their life situations will change for the good.

As for Zama, Bab Zungu impregnated her and left her with twins and inflected her with AIDS. The rest of the crew got a car accident and some of them died and some lost their legs this left them depressed .
