Staring at the rock Manyika’s mind reflected on the event that happened earlier . Was his mother right about his wife . It couldn’t be , his mother just doesn’t like her ofcause she would say bad things about her .
Grace could never want to leave him . Was her plan for him to get another wife so she can leave him . Why was she so anxious to get him a wife and a wife that’s very beautiful for him . If she really wants him to get a wife to marry only to have kids with , why doesn’t she just do it on her own without him needed to help look . It is as if she wants him to choose one that he will fall in love with to forget her .
It couldn’t be , his wife that he married with his money and made vows to could never want to plan something like that . Maybe he is just overthinking too many things .
Gogo sat under the tree knitting . Grace had not come to work today because it was her off day . Grace only works for some days . If she cleans that day the next day she is off and so it goes on .
Gogo felt lonely in her own company . Tonight she will be alone again , just like every other night . Having no great grandchildren is the worst thing , there is nobody to talk to that will keep you accompany . She has no grandchildren that are young and running around , she has no great grandchildren either , not even a love of her life not to talk about friends . The only time she gets to talk to people is when she meets them at the church or market . Otherwise she spends her day knitting, watching TV and sleeping . Which has become a boring thing to her .
She misses her grandchildren how she thinks back when they ware younger and cuter than they are now .
Those two girls ware her world , and she took them as her own daughter’s seeing that she had no daughters .
She really missed them both. Having not seem Amanda in years makes her think about her even more . She hopes that Maka does not become like Amanda . To be distant away from her grandmother .
She picked up her cell phone and dailed Amanda’s number .
” Hello Gogo ” answered Amanda sounding almost irritated.
” Hello my grandchild ” she answered

” I am fine , I was just calling to check up on you and Maka ”
” Ohh Maka is fine , she has just changed . I told her that gogo wants to talk to you and she just ignored me “
