Melokuhle
I gave unmarried ladies a flower each from my bouquet, I kissed my mother on the cheek and hugged my father and I hurriedly went to the car where Melusi is waiting for me.
We are married again, and I can never be more happier than I am right now.
I wave goodbye for the last as the car took off, Melusi and his surprises it seems like they never end. I wonder where he is taking me now, I told him no vacation I don’t want to test God again.
All through out the car ride his hand is holding mine.
“What is this?” looking at the house in front of me. It is not like the last 2 mansions that Melusi had me stay in. This one is a little cosy home, a one storey house suitable for small yet growing family. It has a huge yard making me think about all the functions I will be holding in this very yard.
“It’s our home.” He got out of the car and came to open my door.
I slowly stepped out of the car taking in the house in front of me that has palm trees and a flower garden.
Melusi takes my hand in his, intertwining our fingers and went to the from door. The house is empty but I can already picture the furniture that it will occupy and baby proofing everything.
“I want to show you something.” Melusi led me to a room down the corridor almost dragging me in excitement.
He opens the door and I gasp, it is the baby’s room, fully furnished with all the neutral colours. There are huge teddy bears, a book shelf, changing station filled with diapers, wipes, baby Vaseline and clothes, a cute little cot made out of wood, a pram, and a rocking chair. The room has everything it could ever need.
I turned to look at Melusi with tears blinding my eyesight “This is beautiful.”
“Lizzie is the one who decorated everything.” He said holding me from the back. “I’m glad you like it.”
“Like it? I love it.” I said turning around to face him.
“And I happen to love you.” He said kissing me.
Melusi
Melokuhle made it clear no honeymoon and I listened, so instead I bought her a house since I doubt she will want to go back to our old house.
I must tell my secretary to call a listing agent, I want that house sold before the end of the month.
It seems like I made the right call by buying this house judging by how much she is smiling.
We went outside were I laid out a floating table on the pool and the floating flamingos, all the pool is covered with fairy lights and the outdoor movie theater screen.
“I didn’t know that you were this romantic.” Melokuhle said with a smile as she took everything in.
I was never a romantic type, before Melokuhle I cared even less about being romantic but having Melokuhle in my life made me want to give her everything and anything that her heart desires.
We both sat down on our flamingos still in our wedding attires. The sky started to darken a little bit and I put on the Aquaman man movie oh I hate Jason Momoa for being able to make my wife go crazy everytime she sees him.
I must make up a plan for her to see him she’ll probably die with excitement.
