Bavumile
She looked so beautiful as she made me a sandwich with nothing on but a towel and her wet hair.
I held her from behind “Do you need help?” She turned around and rested her arms on my shoulders “Yes, can you slice the tomatoes?”
“Right on it.” I said walking to the other side and delicately started slicing the tomatoes.
I was not doing anything special but dear Lord, I felt right at home with Samantha here. I couldn’t believe how anyone before me didn’t see what I was seeing right now.
“Quit looking at me.” She said blushing and playfully slapped my shoulder.
“You make it hard not to.” She rolled her eyes, but it was true. She was the woman other man would only dream to have and I know that I will give her my life just trying to save her.
We went to the patio and sat down, the fresh air felt great on my lungs, the moon shined bright on the sky.
The stars showed themselves as if they were within reach, I could stay here all night with Samantha by my side.
I took a bite of the sandwich and looked up at the sky, if someone had told me a month ago that I would be spending a night outside and with the most beautiful woman on earth I would have never believed them.
“I can look at this all night.” I said as I took my last bite of my sandwich.
“You can.” Samantha said as she quickly went inside and came back holding in what seems to be a plastic bed. “This is air mattress.” She said placing it down. “We can sleep out here.”
At this moment it was like I could shake God’s hand for making me such an extra-ordinary woman and making our paths to connect.
We lay on the mattress naked and only covered by a bed sheet. I kissed Samantha’s forehead and wrapped my arms around her, she draped her leg over mine in a matter of minutes she was fast asleep.
Her soft snores were the only sound that I could here, I took a sharp deep breath and I knew that this right here was perfection, I didn’t care if the world was to end tomorrow as long as I was with Samantha, I was complete.
