Dikeledi

The smile was hard to hide, my heart was jumping up and down with excitement finally the day has arrived to welcome people in.

The place stood out it called out to all the party goers. It has a neon purple around the corners of the wall, with the sign in Neon purple and pink beaming even in the sun Dike’s Night Club it read in cursive words with a sign of a bottle beer and wine.

I could not even wipe the smile on my face. “What do you think?” I asked looking at both my Rachel and Thabiso.

“I have never seen more modern and stylish nightclub like this one.” Thabiso said.

“Shall we?” Without waiting for their response I opened the massive doors and walked inside

The indoors was even darker than outside, it was like I had stepped bout of time. The place was not overly decorated, the one thing that stood out was the massive alcohol section where the bartender will be at, the wall was pushed back in a different to give an almost a square with couches to to fit perfectly in the middle was a dance floor. I looked up at the second floor where the windows were tinted where it was my very own office.

I went behind the bar table and took the champagne bottle “This is a dream come true.” I say as I pop the bottle open and poured evenly on the glasses.

“Cheers.” We all said in unison happily as we clicked our glasses together.

Thabiso took a sip and placed his glass on the table “I really want to thank you Aus Dikeledi for taking me out of that dark place I was in.

My heart warmed at his words, at the past 3 months he has shown so much growth and dedication “It was only a pleasure.”

Rachel looked around and nodded in approval “You see sister here.” She clapped her hands “You have outdone yourself.”

Indeed I have I thought to myself as I looked at all my hard work finally my dreams were coming true.
