Isabel was raped at the age of 13; the rapist threatened to kill her if she opeed her mouth about this. 

Isabel is too scared to tell because of the threats. As a teenager she does not have enough knowledge on what to do when in  a crisis like this, so she decides to keep it all to herself. 

Unfortunately, 3 months later she realizes that she hasn’t been getting her periods for quite some time. The following day she decides to miss school and visits the clinic. When she arrives the nurse asks her some questions and tests her urine (pregnancy test), she also takes some blood tests.

Isabel sits there quietly and nervously waiting for the nurse to come back with the results.
