Last night I had a break in.
It was a common thief.
I could feel his presents.
Shh.
A lullaby singing slowly as I closed my eyes.
Telling me to lay down,
As he stole a precious Jewell.
The one no two oxidation can react away from my deepest thoughts. not from mine.

Leaving me in this vast land.
All alone.
Lonely.
Shivering in the cold wind.
With no-one to turn too.

The funny thing about this thief,
Is that no one can really see him.
Nor they know where he lives,
Nor they know how he enters our homes without using the door, the window,
Nor the chimney, Santa Claus.
Steering at these print free window seal trying to trace them back
But no.

I look under the base on my chamber hopping I’ve trapped him inside.
But no
Leaving me with a series of questions
who could this thief be?

I tried taking a walk. Hoping it would ease my mind . But the fact still remained.
That I had a break in last night.
And It was a common thief.

Value those close to you with the gifts they came with because some day you may not get a chance to say thank you.
