Stare when I walk with pride.
Become astonished by my huge smile,
How I wish you knew what lies beneath that.
Have you ever tried putting yourself in my shoes?
If I give you my shoes to put on now,
You’ll notice how pretty it looks
But I bet it’ll never fit you
Because as you attempt to wear it,
You’ll feel the discomfort and the tight squeeze,
Like it’s draining all your blood and water out of your system.
You’ll kick it far from you, even throw them away.
You feel like that for just attempting to wear the shoes,
How will you be when putting them on for hours?
