Sitting on my desk,

Only thinking about the test.

Too hot inside and outside.

Smiles melting like ice.

My classmates are too loud,

Busy with their phones, hoping not to be found.

Some are tired and sleeping,

Snoring not seeing that they are flopping.

“When will school be out?”

“Is it 02:30 already?”

Questions coming from side to side

I really hate hot, school days

Boring like watching baby cartoons

Educators want to teach but also tired

Students all look grumpy.
