Sun beaming down

Sand so soft under my feet

My spirit was light and free.

Here.

You stand from a distance watching me running to the waters and back with such joy on my face.

Your smile, a reflection of my heart.

Here is where i belong.

Here is where i know if i fall you will catch me.

My Left Hand on your chest were vows of loving you unconditionally.

Here is my home my place of love.

Now there is no here. .

The waters crept onto the sand and erased

My joy

My vows

I fell and there was no one too catch me

Was it all in my head?

Because here i am here by the ocean with no one smiling back at me.
