It is wise to forgive and never forget?

Journey without difficulties that ain’t a journey, you will find yourself being betrayed but holding grudges ain’t a solution.

All of us we’ve been wronged.

Forgiving leaves all behind shows you to chase what’s in front.

Wow good piece.🙌 But to be really honest, for me there's no such thing as forgive and forget, you can only forgive and move on. I mean you can't force someone to forget, all they can do is to just push aside all the bad things that have been done to them, but the million dollar question here is how how far have they pushed all these bad things aside?? As far as their hand can stretch, so are they gone?, nop they're not. One day maybe one of the people close to them( might be a friend, relative or their child) might go through what they went through and their memory will be triggered and they'll remember what was done to them so it ain't easy to forget, the best you could do is to forgive and move on. So it's forgive and move on not forgive and forget cause you jut forget.
