Strong men in their splendor cry
It’s the wailing that makes us humane
I heard from the wise
That every teardrop shed screams
A thousand words never spoken
Words which if left unuttered
Fog and haunt the soul
Cry for relief
Cry to renew
For I know from experience
We can beat the turbulence
Only if we let go and cry
Not because we regret
But because the unseen gave us tomorrow
To see things differently and grow
So to shed tears of joy in days of distress
When we can’t make outright from left
Is bliss we should all attain
