Checkmate

Hand me a board, 

So that I can show you how he caught my attention just like a pro.

Two steps to the left and he became my knight.

Right in the mist of a fog.

There was insolation cause believe me you,

The light in his eyes shone brightly and directly into my life.

Calculated with so much motivation ,

Another three steps forward and he protected me like a pawn.

I was trapped in a cage of fear,

And he came and washed every tear.

With so many insecurities, I was not sure I could bear.

He then showered raindrops of love into the pores of my heart.

Calculated, calm and collected, he moved five steps to the right.

Quietly like a thief at night he moved like queen Cinderella protecting her tiara.

Lastly, he adopted my flaws and made them his strength.

With his smile piercing and shaking the bees in my stomach.

Ten more steps forward with the king, and my warriors surrendered.

And there I was laying on his chest and listening to the beat/melody of his heart.

Therefore we say that it is a checkmate.
