Was this paper

To hook my focus on this book,

Despite the ugly look,

What it carries hits

deeper than what it shook.

Take this as a reintroduction,

Been on a block,

Let me not mention the repercussions

Of trying to win a race

In your lane at your own pace.

Been very gentle with me,

That only dismantled the shelf
