They say it’s been 27 years of democracy,
but I still feel like a prisoner in
my own country,
Not to mention our government’s
service delivery,
It shuts our hopes and dreams
dismally.

Let me make an example and/or
elaborate,
I am a three year old jobless graduate,
I would now take any job because
I’m desperate,
Now tell me what is the use to
educate,
A mind to study hard for a job
which its owner will never get?

Let it be known that I live in a
small three roomed squatter camp,
After the sun sets,the only thing
I am privileged to is lighting a
paraffin lamp.
