Out again in the sunshine, fueled with energy, young and naive,

Goofing around while running and dabbling through streaming waters.

Warned! not to get close the woods, but we were never right in our heads,

We chased butterflies until all hours not realising we are in the heart of the woods,

Out of nowhere a deadly loud burst of cry shook the trees,

Soon the fun stops, as we fled quickly heading straight home,

We never looked back but in our ears still rings the cry, a cry in the woods.
