DAN : (confused) Melissa, whose clothes are these?

MELISSA : (nervously) Uh, I don’t know.

DAN : (skeptical) Don’t know? They’re men’s clothes, and they’re right outside the bathroom.

MELISSA : (defensively) So what? Maybe someone left them there.

DAN : (pressing) Melissa, tell me the truth. Who’s in there with you?

MELISSA : (firmly) No one, Dan.

DAN : Melissa! Don’t lie to me.

(Sipho remains hidden, holding his breath)

MELISSA : (calmly) Dan, trust me. There’s no one.

(Dan bursts into the bathroom, breaking the door)

DAN : (enraged) You lied to me!

(Melissa screams, naked and vulnerable)

MELISSA : (desperate) Sipho, help!

(Sipho rushes out of hiding, grabbing a nearby heavy object)

SIPHO : (defending Melissa) Dan, stop!

DAN : (furious) You’re cheating on me!
