LIFE IS HARD

Life is hard especially when you got no one by your side

Life got no mercy, Life isn’t always fun it got its ups and downs, Life ain’t always smooth it has it rough times. When I grew up I thought life goes according to our plans and thoughts, I thought it’s just as smooth as yoghurt in our mouths but I was wrong

I never knew life was this hard and tough, never thought it can turn a girl into a woman or a boy into a man, never thought it can turn a cheese boy to a nyoape boy or turn a Teacher into a drunkard, and also turn a millionaire to a nobody

At the age of 20 when I got my first child after my grandma died LIFE showed me flames, never thought or even knew life was this hard. I had to grow by force, had to fight for my future and also for my baby’s future. I had to grow from a girl to a woman with no help from others I had to go to school and still figure out what am I and my baby had to eat.

I had to grow cause I got no choice, even though I was suffering from depression and dealing with this anger within me but I had to be a Happy mom to my daughter cause she doesn’t deserve the broken me. That’s when I saw that Life has no mercy, it can be happy to sad.

After matric, I thought Life would be better but I was wrong, I couldn’t go to school under certain circumstances and had to look for a job but couldn’t find one, I had to take my child to her aunt because no one was willing to look after her when I go job hunting and I couldn’t afford to take her to creche, that’s how LIFE is
