Lena lies in bed.
Lena: Aah, finally some quiet. I feel like I can breathe again.
Lena lies there soaking in the silence as she breathes. She keeps breathing. The more she breathes, the shallower her breath gets. Lena feels her hands begin to tremble. The trembling moves its way through her body. Lena lets out a soft whimper. Her whimpers eventually grow until she starts sobbing into her pillow.
