Thola and Desray are friends, and top students. When Desray’s slacker boyfriend asks Thola to help him cheat she refuses. Yet Max gets a high mark and dumps Desray. Then Thola overhears a conversation and suspects something corrupt is on the go. She’s reminded of a trauma at school, and knows she and Desray must do the right thing and take action.
