At the soccer field, a national team player who was a spectator saw everything and was touched by Zulu’s ordeal, having been impressed by Zulu’s skill. When the coach arrives at his home he gets a message on his phone requesting Zulu to escort the national team when they walk on to the pitch for the game scheduled for the following month. He immediately calls Zulu’s parents to share the good news with them.

Zoleka is surprised to see her parents coming home pushing Zulu in a wheelchair. In the confusion, the phone rings and Zulu’s father takes the call.

“I hope you arrived safely at home. I have news that will hopefully cheer Zulu up. Zulu is requested to partner with one of the national team players when the team walks on to the pitch next month,” the coach reports over the phone.

When the family hear Zulu’s father chanting their clan praises, they know that he has just received good news.

“My boy, your tears have been wiped off. Your coach informs me that you are requested to partner with one of the national team players when they walk on to the soccer pitch for their game next month. Let’s hope you’ll have recovered just as the doctor promised,” says Zulu’s father.

“Hawu! Baba, we are also going to dance during that game next month. Here is the letter that we were given by our coach today,” reports Zoleka.

“That’s good news, my daughter. I am happy for you, my children. Hard work leads to success, as we see in you, now,” their father says gratefully. The whole family is thrilled with the good news.

“Mama, when I arrived here and didn’t find you, I prepared some food because I was hungry. Let us eat then. I hope I cooked delicious food because I was very happy after being informed that I’ll be on television. And now it will be my brother and me! I was feeling bad that he would be sad when I shared my news, and now we’ll both be on screen,” says Zoleka.

The family rejoices and enjoys the delicious food and the good news. The day has brought some bad incidents. But, because the wheel turns, it has now brought very good news.

For Zulu and Zoleka, the wish to appear on television was a mere dream. They had no idea how it could come true. Their parents had also encouraged them, telling them that they should keep hoping. Now the question still stands in the minds of their parents. “Who will appear first on television?” their mother asks herself. The truth will be revealed next month.
