Geography

Delta, the northern region, sharing a border with Kingdom of the Tusk, consists of:

  • The Wetlands: swamps and marshes at the northernmost tip of the country, where the source of the river is
  • The Islands: small land masses on the Delta, the largest no more than a few kilometres across, where the wealthiest subjects live
  • The Capital City: the political and economic base of the kingdom
  • The Delta towns, six in total
  • Savannah, the untamed strip of land separating Delta and Desert, is inhabited only by wild animals

    Desert, the southern region, sharing a border with Kingdom of the Waves, consists of:

  • The Desert towns, five in total
  • Oasis: the Desert capital, infamous for its rampant crime
  • The Hinterland: small towns largely occupied by people who work in the gold and diamond mines
  • The Sands: the dunes at the southernmost tip of the country, where small nomadic groups move north and south, following the river as it dries up in winter and fills up in summer
