“OK madam, I’m Paula.”

“I thought you’d never tell me your name, I’m Sydney, nice to know you Paula.”

“Nice to know you too, beautiful Sydney.”

“Why are you rushing to leave so early morning anyway?” You were actually planning to creep out and leave like this is one of those club rooms.” says Sydney. “Can I please give you a lift?”

“Yes, I would appreciate that, I don’t even know where I am.”

“OK, let me go and bath,”

As Sydney gets up, Paula looks at her with focus. He desires her, he heard everything she said about what happened between them last night but he is not quite sure whether he really got her. “I was drunk for heaven’s sake.” He says.

“Paula, go and make breakfast whilst waiting for me. Just go straight from the bedroom to the left and go straight again and turn right, you will find the kitchen.” says Sydney.

Paula looks at the room and the outside of the house. It’s tremendous. “She must be rich. I must’ve hit the jackpot this time, a rich beautiful mistress, my life could change if I play my game and there will be no more Palisa in my heart.”

Paula raises his voice since she’s in the bathroom. “So who do you stay with?”

“Do you really want to know?” Sydney asks.

“Yes I do want to know. I don’t want to sit here having breakfast comfortably and the unexpected happens.”

“What do you mean the unexpected happens? Has something like this happened to you before?”

Paula is triggered by the question. He knows if he tells the truth, she might think he’s obsessed with women, and think that maybe the only reason he got to sleep with Sydney is because they were both drunk. Paula thinks it’s better to lie about the question because it’s challenging and would bring up another stress in his life. He has enough to deal with.

“No! It hasn’t, it’s just that I hate surprises. It’s artificial for a woman who has everything to be single, understand what I mean?”

“Yes I do.” Sydney answers while still in the bathroom.

“What do you do Sydney?” Paula asks.

“I trade.” says Sydney.

“Tell me about it. I am quite unfortunate with trading. I have tried but failed, what does your trading involve?”

“Well Paula, trading is easy, but it requires thinking. We just trade shares and stock in broad markets and we also buy them.”

“Interesting. Are you sleeping in that bathroom now? You are taking forever.” Says Paula.

She laughs. “I am a woman, so I take my own time when I bath, it can even take 20 minutes,” Sydney says.

“Well I feel bad, I should’ve helped my friend yesterday. He’s getting married tomorrow and I didn’t assist him with anything. After the party, I was unconscious.”

“I’m done!” Sydney says with excitement.

Sydney then goes to her wardrobe to take out something to wear. She takes long to do this as she’s not really sure of what to wear. She finds a blue bottom skirt which she decides to wear with heels, and she makes herself more beautiful.

“That’s great news. Nowadays people don’t often marry, so I think that’s a blessing to them.” says Sydney.

“OK, you are going to direct me to your house once we are close.” They then get out of the room. The day is clear with a shining sunset.

“Wow! A BMW series 7, that’s a classic. I like your car, must be expensive,” says Paula.

“Stop mocking Paula and get in the damn car.” Sydney says with a smile on her face.

“And you smell very good, yum. I love this beautiful womanly scent.” says Paula, laughing.

“Stop it Paula, what’s wrong with you?” Sydney asks as they take off.
