The necklace begins to flash rapidly, a yellow light, to a big marble stone. Upon close inspection the stone is inscribed in ancient ViKaz symbols of the Kings. King Vecarro decodes the inscription.

It reads: The key to the three legendary objects of power is the soul crystal.

King Hintsa inserts the crystal in a hole in the stone, the ground begins to groan and tremble. Lightning strikes against the marble rock, its blow unleashing a shockwave that sends King Hintsa and company to the ground. The rock disintegrates into dust along with the soul crystal. With its demise it releases the sword of truth, angel wings of purity and the shield of courage.

King Hintsa and the crew are mystified by the sight of these legendary items. He gathers them and places them by his feet. He adjoins the angel wings on his back, picks up the sword of truth and the shield of courage, upon which these weapons simultaneously start to channel glimpses of their power, this is a power King Hintsa could not remotely fathom possible.

They are four days away from the round up point form the hills of Castle Wheat. The armies of the two kings are steadily on the march. King Hintsa with angel wings open a portal that sends them three days in proximity to Castle Wheat, right on the outskirts of the forest of the north.

The landscape in the north epitomises the devastating effect of the darkness, it is a pragmatic display of the repugnant power of hate. Commander Biscuit and Agent Mashmello are distraught that their land has degenerated into a state of anarchy. The darkness bestows on the land a severe draught culminating into a scourge of famine, houses are dilapidated, buildings are derelict. Hate has driven people insane and regressed them into their primitive state.

In here King Hintsa and crew encounter the first batch of Fries army stationed in the outskirts, 4000 strong expendable soldiers with no moral compass. King Hintsa could easily disperse this army with a long range lightning and fire strike from his sword, but he doesn’t employ this strategy. He wants to engage the enemy in battle and give his crew a chance to express themselves in the battlefield, while measuring the enemy’s strength and fighting technique. Kinga Hintsa believes that power should not be confined and exercised in solitude but it must be shared and solidified by unity.

The battle ensues with King Vecarro leading the charge of six against 4000 strong; although they have superior combat skills the enemy has superior numbers and orchestrates coordinated vehement attacks. The intensity of the battle forces King Vecarro and the crew to unleash their most refined combat skills. King Vecarro remarks that he likes an unfair fight, as a Vikaz he is at his most lethal when backed in a corner. The enemy is losing momentum, this gives King Hintsa an opportunity to exploit their defence. With an array of thunderous strikes the enemy falls, few of them fleeing into the forest of the north.

With the battle won, King Hintsa observes that the enemy displayed nonchalant tactics in the battlefield, they were lethargic in their fight and only stuck to one mode of coordinated attack.

He asks out loud, “How is it that this army had not been driven insane by the darkness?”

Commander Biscuit expounds on this, he explains to King Hintsa, “It must be Fries keeping them sane. He’s is intrinsically hateful, he has a twisted control and command over picking who to drive mad for his pleasure.”

With victory over the enemy, the atmosphere is positive. This heightens their spirits and they advance through the deep woods of the north. King Hintsa flies up high using the power of the angel wings to inspect the battlefield. He discovers that Castle Wheat has been barricaded with a wall. There is an army of a hundred thousand strong stationed outside the wall of Castle Wheat. The enemy, upon seeing King Hintsa levitating in the air, flees inside the walls of the castle. To King Hintsa this indicates that the enemy is preparing for a siege.
