It was an interesting, entertaining and exciting story – I would like to find out what happens next!

***

I liked the story – I thought it was lovely and very interesting. Reading this story taught me a lesson. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about it – everything was great!

***

I liked that this story was easy to understand. It was a great story and I now want to know what happens next! I’m really looking forward to seeing what else can happen!

***

I liked the story because it was interesting. What I liked most is that this story is very relatable to young people.

***

I liked everything about this story. I loved that from the way it was written, it felt like I was watching a soapy. It was a great story to read. I also liked the way the writer described the characters.

***

The story was nice and Lerato was a good character who liked clothes. I didn’t dislike anything about the story and think I could read it all over again if I had to!

***

I liked the whole story and would love to read more of the FunDza stories. I don’t find them difficult to read like I usually do with other books. Thanks!

***

I liked the whole story and hope that I can read some other stories because they are very interesting.

***

I like everything about the story; it was very interesting. The part where Lerato kept on changing the subject was very funny!

***

The story was very interesting. Lerato tried to hide her feelings but Gugu didn’t fall for it. I liked that Gugu is the kind of person who speaks her mind and she’s not afraid to do so. This story made me want to know what happens next. It was written so well that you could imagine the story in your head. I was very irritated when the story finished because I didn’t want to stop reading it.

***

The story was interesting – I liked it! I like the friendship between Gugu and Lerato because Gugu can read her friend’s mind. Lerato seems quite shy and I like that Gugu is so honest with her friend. Gugu wants Lerato to never give up and to follow her dreams; she wants her to be excited about her future. I loved the story because it was all about honesty and true friendship.

***

I liked the story about Lerato and Gugu – they seem to be good friends. I want to read some more!

***

I liked the story because it was simple and clear.

***

What I liked about the story was how descriptively it had been written and how much personality the author had given the characters.

***

I didn’t like the story line – I felt that a lot of things were missing such as Gugu’s intentions and the setting that the story takes place in.

***

I liked how bossy Gugu was and how she interferes with everyone else’s lives. I think she should stop and worry more about her own life. I didn’t like the fact that Lerato would not admit to Gugu that she was interested in Andile.

I think that Lerato pretends to be the sweet and innocent type but she actually really likes the attention and expensive gifts from Andile. I don’t like Andile because he sounds like someone who is very self-absorbed. I like the enthusiasm of the story and how you can imagine it so easily. The story was amazing and very interesting.

***

I liked Gugu’s long red nails and the way she flips her weave. I don’t like Andile because he sounds too good to be true! I liked the part in the story where Lerato goes to speak to Gugu about her new friend that she has met – it’s nice that they are so open with each other. I didn’t like it when Andile gave Lerato an expensive gift because she now doesn’t know if they are more than friends.

***

I liked that Lerato and Gugu had such a good relationship. There was nothing that I disliked about the story.

***

I didn’t like the way that Gugu and Lerato interact with each other.

***

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the story – I can’t wait to read the next chapter!

***

I liked Gugu because she is very persuasive. I think Andile likes Lerato because he wouldn’t have bought her an expensive gift if he didn’t. I didn’t like that the two of them didn’t resolve their situation.

***

It was nice how bold the story was and how easy it was to read and understand. I really like Gugu! I’m really curious to find out what happens next.

***

It was okay – I liked that it had some drama and romance. It made you want to find out what was going to happen at the party. I also want to know if Lerato actually likes Andile or not.

***

I liked the story because it was interesting and is relatable – things that happen in the story also happen to people all around us!

***

I liked the way Lerato acts when she and Gugu talk about Andile.

***

As far as I know guys that buy you gifts are players – I think Andile is a player because he buys Lerato expensive gifts. I also don’t like Gugu – she seems to be a gold-digger.

***

I liked that Lerato and Gugu had a conversation about Andile being so generous towards Lerato. Every girl deserves the best of the best, yet, when they have it they always say: “it’s too good to be true”. But if they have the opposite in a relationship all they do is complain. I didn’t like that Lerato wasn’t honest about her feelings for Andile – I think she is leading him on and giving him hope that she might be interested in him.

***

I liked this story because of the interesting conversations that the characters have with one another. I also like that there is some romance happening in the story. Lerato doesn’t want to admit that she might have feelings for Andile.

***

I liked that Andile bought Lerato an expensive gift. I can’t wait for the next chapter!
