As Nothando arrived at the police station, he listened Thami’s voicemail.

“It’s to late Thami, I’ve decided to suffer by my sins. I did wrong and I must pay, even if it means death.” She said went inside.

She confessed to the police and pleaded guilty for the murder of Siyabulela Nkalanga. She got sentenced for 17 years in prison, David tried all means to get her out of prison with all his money but Failed. For Samson, he decided to stay in his relationship with Lulu, what’s done is done. Lulu couldn’t reverse the time to cut off her bad actions and rather they all accepted reality and shifted it into a promising path. And from nowhere Samson and Lulu dropped the charges of their daughter’s murderer. They provided medical evidence that their daughter had a heart problem that the poison didn’t actually cause her death, and that she was going to die by the age of six if not seven.

After two years in prison Nothando got released. After she finalized her release papers, she got out to find more people than she expected waiting to welcome her. David, Thandeka, Vuyisile, Zethu, Thami, Samson and Lulu.

Her family ran to welcome her,

“We’re sorry for everything.” They said.

She got to her friends, “Mr and Mrs Nkalanga, Thami, I don’t know how to ask for your forgiveness.”

“You’re here with us because we’ve already done that, it’s us who should apologize to you Nothando.” Lulu said.

“Will you forgive us?” Samson asked.

Nothando got emotional, and hugged them.

“I forgive you, my friends.”

And so they forgave each other, and agreed to settle for peace as friends again. Six months later Thami and Nothando started dating. Both Vuyisile and Joseph got married a year later, Thami proposed to Nothando after 1 and half years of dating.
