If I asked you to take a walk with me would you say yes?
Of cause mysteries are for the free.
Carelessness and recklessness.
I would take you down to my favourite town,
the one I walk in back and forth
from sunrise to sunset.
There are no trees there,
nothing can grow.
Its forever grey cold walls
have no colours,
they bring false hope and paint joy.
It’s forever cold and raining,
I know the streets by heart.
I know the town, it grew in me
before I even knew right or wrong.
The sky is always falling,
the sun doesn’t like it there.
Nothing shines.
I took one by the hand and they never came back.
For this town is not for the faint-hearted,
this town is for us,
remains flushed out by the ocean.
If I asked you to take a walk with me would you?
