When my eyes see
Africa fighting, tears
Never hesitate to dance
In my village
When my ears hear
America insulting my
Continent, sombre
Tears never stop
Falling like a waterfall
When my mind thinks
About wars in western
Africa, my body gets
Frightened as if it has
Seen a ghost
When I see my people
Being oppressed by
Savage leaders, my
Mouth prays to God
For peace
When I see people
Killing each other because
Of skin colour, my eyes
Cry for the discrimination
That is solid like a rock
