Men of Israel, listen! Today you are going into battle. Do not be afraid of your enemies or lose courage. – Deuteronomy 20:3

Being a hard worker is the greatest weapon to become a champion. Don’t sleep because you’re tired, sleep because you’re done.

Champions don’t sleep for a long time. Champions don’t have useless friends. Champions must feel pain and push through. Champions spend a lot of time alone. Champions don’t compromise their life. Champions must face failure. Champions make adjustments. Champions must wake up early every day before anyone does.

Wake up earlier than everybody. Keep on trying until you get what you want. Don’t be afraid to make a decision. Don’t be afraid to take risks. you’ll never become a champion if you’re not willing to take risks. Don’t be afraid to fail; you must fail several times in order to achieve one goal. To have something that you never had, it simply means that you have to do something that you haven’t done before. You may feel pain, you may be embarrassed, you may feel guilty, you may be oppressed, you may be desperate, but don’t give up!

You must have discipline. Discipline is the bridge between pain and happiness. If you want to be successful, you must have discipline. Don’t look at discipline as a sense of punishment, it is part of what will build your character.

Be an example to your fellows, remain reliable. Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future. Tell yourself, “no more Facebook, no more WhatsApp, no more TV” unless it is important.

Stay away from your cell phone. 97% of students are distracted by their cell phones. Facebook is not going anywhere, WhatsApp will still be there, even after your death. A lot of students are going to be poor for the rest of their life because of their cell phones. Do you want to lose your future because of your cell phone? Do you want to suffer because of Facebook/WhatsApp? Take a look at your latest five conversations, are those people helping you? I dare tell you to stay away from your cell phone. Go hunt your dream.

No one will work through or towards your dreams except yourself, tell yourself that you are going to make it. You were born to be great. Let your heart long for success. Do what you have to to achieve your goals.

Have a heart of soldier. Don’t consider failure as foolish, but consider it as a chance to correct your weakness. Who are you? What do you want in life? Someone once said that if you can’t fly you must run, if you can’t run then walk, keep moving forward.

I dare tell you to hunt your dreams. I dare tell you to have confident in yourself, I dare tell you to be a fighter.
