I remember when I was on my way to church with my sister when Omatla Khene asked me,
“Girl have you seen your walk and your body?” I blushed and I said,“Yes…what about my body and walk?”

He told me that I had a beautiful walk and body, that I should enter Miss Kwas-London Pageant, which would be taking place in December. With self-doubt, I told him that I’d see. To be honest, pageantry was never my thing since I was a shy person.

I told myself that was the opportunity for me to work on my confidence because I knew that if I didn’t use the opportunity I’d regret it. I entered Miss Kwas-London Pageant in 2017 and I went home with a crown.
