There is a password reminder – so if you enter the password and it is incorrect the system will ask you if you’d like it to be emailed or SMSed to you. But the system will not work if you do not have an active email account or have added an incorrect email address or have added an incorrect or an invalid phone number to your profile. Please ensure that both your email address and phone number are entered correctly and are active to easily recover your password.

You can change your password too.

To do this go to your Profile (link on the top navigation bar) and click on the option to “Update Profile”.

You will then be able to enter your new details. Remember to double-check that they are correct before saving.
