It was the wedding day , everyone was pacing up and down busying themselves, Thandiwe getting ready for her big day ..the 2 love birds decided to dress in isxhosa outfits, Allofit and Thandiwe’s aunt were helping with her beautiful tailor made dress with lots of isxhosa beeds, the wedding was held at her home in EC , both of the families came together and Nothando’s aunt also showed face so did her whole family, it was just fortunate that they accepted their union.
Even though, Thandiwe’s dad wanted his lobola, it successfully took place within 2 days and he was a happy man
Nothando and Lwandle still had to drive to the place , she hadn’t had time to visit because of work but the directions she got really helped
“Thandiwe mntanam andisavuyi ( I am so happy ) if only your mother was here to see how beautiful you look”
Thandiwe smiled and was sure her mom was watching, she was really excited “…Thandiwe uphi uNothando they supposed to be here by now ! “her aunt says
“Girl don’t stress I’ll give them a call” , Allofit says.

“Hi Thandiwe ..” they answered
“It’s me man! Allofit, where are y’all”
“Ohh we just passing by Port Edward”
“Okay drive faster ,don’t be late”
“Yes okay ..wait can you give Thandiwe the phone ?”
“She’s with her aunt , you want me to get scolding?”
“Just say it’s a colleague…”
“Oo Thandie, someone wants to speak to you” ,he gave her the phone ,pulling aunt Noma out of the room so they could go taste the food because according to him something was burning
“Hello ..”
“Madam ..good morning”
Thandiwe sits comfortably and smiles ,” you know you shouldn’t be calling me right now”
“Come on I’m speaking to my wife what’s wrong with that besides isint this exciting?”
Thandiwe lets out a slight laugh, “where are you shouldn’t you be here by now”
“Ohh uhm just give us 15 minutes” she says while Lwandle steps on it
“Okay ,I’m waiting..also they back I have to go” she hangs up.
“Thandiwe you haven’t put your shoes on yet ,come on uNothando will be here any minute, and wena yonkinto! ( Allofit ) utshata Nini?” ( When are you getting married) aunt Noma teased, Thandiwe just laughed at him whilst he made an excuse “….uhm mama ndisayo chekhisha amabhodo”
“Kodwa aunty !”
“Where did you find that silly friend of yours ” aunt Noma teased again ,suddenly there was uluating outside while Allofit screams “THEY ARE HERE!”
“Whuu such a posh car” aunt Noma said loudly while they peeped out the window “…yiza mntanam uzak’phatha kakhle ke lo ” ( come my child she’s going to treat you right )
Everyone took there places , Nothando was ready to make Thandiwe her better half , Mr Mthiyane walked his daughter down the red carpet and smiled at his new daughter in law , Thandiwe was wearing her huge white Xhosa dress and matched her was Nothando with a white coat and an isxhosa inspired t-shirt with white pants matching the coat , the rest …… history
* Fast forward 2n half years later *
They are happily married, bought a huge double story house with a double garage for their cars and a huge pool at the back , they both decided to marry in community of property…God knows if they separate anyways asikho lapho , Allofit finally got engaged to a white guy they love each other so what ! .. wedding bells were ringing for him and Lwandle well let’s just say her dating life is going well but she’s not ready to settle down yet

“mommy ,” Langa shouted coming down the stairs
“What’s wrong my beautiful angel “, Nothando asks her daughter , her and Thandiwe welcomed her 1 and half years ago ..they named her Lang’elihle Bhengu since her and Nothando share a birthday it was indeed a ” Langa elihle ” ( beautiful day ) , she’s such a sweet heart , she also has light brown eyes like her mother Thandiwe , the girl just turned 2
“I’m hungry “,Langa says
“aww my baby come ,” she picked Langa and headed for the kitchen then they heard Thandiwe coming in as the engine roared because earlier on she decided to use Nothando’s car
“Honey I’m home ..”
“mama ,” little Langa screams emphasizing for Thandiwe to carry her
“my sweetheart ” she says while going to kiss her wife’s cheek ,” how was your day”
“Just lovely babe , how are you” , she hugged her …
