Getting out of the elevator was the most trickiest part of this entire mission. Basically an elevator makes a loud noise, when the door opens or closes. Leaving the elevator, I turned the corner and put a stick of dynamite in between the flowers. My heart was beating extremely fast, and getting caught was not on my list. Luckily though, if anything does happen, I have the cloak to protect me. I can just pretend to be one of them if I get caught.

After completing the last four floors, I ran into my mom and Ameerah. It looked like they were looking for me, as they were looking around them. I gave them a signal that I was right there, and they came running over to me. Sweat was literally running down from my forehead.

“We set the room on fire. Now one of us just needs to alert the others.”

“I’ll do it.” I said.

Ameerah looked at me as if I had two heads. I know, call me crazy but I just wanna get my revenge for them abducting me. Not just that, they treated me like a pig.

“What? Are you crazy child?”

“Mom, just trust me. Okay?”

My mom just sighs, before she finally gives in. I owe it to them, as they have risked their lives coming here to save me. If it wasn’t for them, then I wouldn’t have been alive by now.

“Fine, then you can do it.”

“Great, now tell me where they are.”

“This is risky Alice, are you sure that you can do this? I don’t want you getting hurt.” Ameerah asked me.

“Yes I’m sure, don’t worry.”

“Go to the elevator, and press floor two. They are busy preparing for the ritual. You gonna have to be quick about it though, oh, and change your accent.”

“Okay, here take this.”

I gave them the big red button, which is used to activate the dynamite. If I take it with me, there’s a high chance that it might fall and slip out of my pocket. So far our plan is working, and I don’t want it to fail right now. I put my dark cape over my face, and I prepared myself for this, mentally and physically.

“We’ll be waiting for you outside.”

“And don’t forget to press the emergency button.”

“What’s that?”

“It’s like an alarm, it let’s everyone know that there’s a fire.”

“Cool, thanks for telling me.”

“So what’s the plan after you tell them?”

“After I tell them, I’ll press that red emergency button that you guys just told me about. You guys have to find a way to sneak out. As soon as I can, I’ll escape the building, and then I’ll lock the door to the entrance of the building. Just make sure you have the activation button ready.”

“And then we’ll blow them up.” My mom said, rubbing her palms together.

“That’s it.”

“We’re so close guys. Okay, I’m going in.”

“Be safe Alice.”

“I will.”

I got into the elevator and pressed floor two. I had to get into character and make my actions seem real. I literally had to pretend that I was in panic mode. Any second now, the elevator will open, and I have to be prepared. I also changed my accent, since they will recognize my voice. There were some British people here, so I decided to use the British accent.

As soon as the elevator door opened, I ran up to the guards that were standing there. I pretended to be out of air.

“Our leader…..her room….”

“What’s wrong? You look like you’re in distress.”

“Our leaders room is on fire!”

I quickly ran to the emergency button as the guards started sprinting to the elevator.

“Let everyone else know….and get buckets of water!!!” They said before the door shut.

I quickly ran to the ritual room, and tried not to get distracted. I did notice that the room looked super scary. It was red and black, the typical colours of a satanic room. There was also the skull of goats all over the place, as well as candles that were all over the walls. The mat was a blood red, and there was a pentagram on it.

“We heard the emergency button. What’s going on?”

“Leaders room is on fire, and she’s not responding. I’ve just told the guards, we need to hurry. Bring buckets of water!”

As soon as I said that, everyone jumped up from their seats. Then again, Sunny was already dead. While sleeping, she inhaled the fumes, so she wasn’t alive anymore.

“I’ll get the water, I need a few people to help!”

The guy who tugged my handcuffs when I first came here said. His cape fell off, revealing his face, and he looked super familiar. Wait….His the guy that’s in my classroom! What the hell? So this is basically an inside job, no wonder our teachers disappeared so weirdly.

I ran to the opposite direction, and lucky no one saw me. I quickly managed to find my way to the entrance. I grabbed the key that was on the table beside the door. Shutting the door, I quickly locked it. Even though I was outside of the building, I could hear the commotion going on inside.

People were running up and down, and screaming. The guards were shooting out orders left and right. Before any of them saw me, I made it to the forest, where I spotted Ameerah and my mom sitting there. My mom was biting my nails, as she was worrying about me.

“Oh thank God you’re out! I thought something happened cause you took so long.”

“You guys can breathe now.”

“Did you lock the door?”

“Yeah let’s do this.”

“On the count of three.”

“1”

“2”

“3”

The three of us pressed the button all together, and we watched as the building went kaboom. There was fire everywhere, as the parts of the building flew all over the place.

“We did great girls, we did great.”

My mom said as we all fell over. Soon there was nothing but wood burning all over the place. Standing up, we walked closer but also kept a good distance from the fire. Looking closer, we could see the amount of dead bodies that were laying all over. Some were covered with the burning wood.

“Let’s get out of here, shall we?”

“Yeah, let’s leave.”

“Mannnnmm I’ve been waiting for this moment.”
