Technology made things easier for us we always chatted through Facebook and WhatsApp so our communication was still intact. Waking up with a GooDMorning text and also going to bed with Goodnight from the love of My Life was the only one that kept me going.

I was still in bed that Saturday it was early at 08:35 when I saw his text …

I was very excited as I dreamt of him so I wanted to narrate my dream to him so I sat up straight then took my phone and texted him .

I waited for his message but I guess he was busy with something so I ran to the bathroom quickly, when I heard a beep and I went back to it and luckily it was him .

And he went offline with that , I was sad that he didn’t even gave me a chance to reply to his message however I was warmed with his last words “I love you ohk” .what more did I want at least he told me he was busy and he loved me.

I tried to wake up but there was this strange feeling that nothing was okay so I took my phone and called him ,it rang but no answer so I tried his friends and they said that he had an errand job to do and they were not going into full details.

The day went on and I was still in the dark ,I was getting more worried so I asked my friend to go out for ice cream to shift back my thoughts.she agreed and we both wore our jeans and t-shirts then headed to the mall .

“Natty are you fine” Nale asked when I wasn’t laughing and making jokes like she used to, all I did was staring right in front of me.

“Who?…me?..ohh….yeah I’m ….m… I’m fine ,why?” I stammered

” No it’s nothing it’s just that you don’t seem yourself today” she said not buying what I said .

” No I’m fine hunnae just that I’m little disturbed today but I promise I’m fine” I assured her

” Ok chommiey hope you get better soon because I miss my friend today “she smiled and continued “talk to me whenever you are ready”

” Ohh yeah I’ll definitely chommiey you know that ” I said smiling

Eversince I came here Nale was my best friend and also my soul sister ,she used to sit beside me in class and we got along before we could notice. I used to tell her about my boyfriend even when she was nagging me about my school toasters .

She was the best friend I could ever asked for ,she always helped me with all she could manage hence my love for her was so deep.

We had to be home before sunset so we went to play games but decided to go for visual reality(VR) where we get to see ourselves exactly in that world meaning if you choose to play a horror you will see yourself on that land with those horrors.

We chose Dead eye and it was very scary, so for sometime I managed to forget about Hope after playing VR we went to Macdonald to buy ice creams and went back home .

When I arrived mom was still preparing dinner , I joined her and prepared it within 30 minutes.we all sat down at the dining table and said a small prayer then tucked in to our food ,later we all went to our respective rooms that’s when I realized I was back to reality.I put my mobile data on and went straight to his name ,boom! Nothing was there his last seen was still at 09:13. That was unusual of him ,I felt a lump forming in my throat ,I wanted to cry loudly but I just couldn’t risk doing that because I didn’t want to be interrogated with questions.

I turned off the lights in my room then went under my sheets and cried myself silently,I didn’t know what to expect but my guts told me that there is a storm or maybe a tornado coming .I couldn’t sleep ,all I did was turning and tossing till morning .
