So I guess that I’m stuck with this grumpy ass alpha now.

I laugh. Why is she acting so professional now all of a sudden?

“Sorry mom! It’s not like he could hear us anyway”

“Still….have some respect would you?”

“Why are you even listening to my thoughts?”

“You left your walls down silly. Everyone can hear your thoughts.”

I felt super embarrassed that I forgot to keep my walls up.

“Oh… thanks for telling me”

“My pleasure. Guess what?”

“Your sister found her mate”

I was overjoyed at the news. Now she doesn’t have to leave us, we can stay together as a family.

“Seriously?!!who is it? Who is it?”

My happiness suddenly disappeared. Why did she have to be mates with that mutt?

“Oh…..So She’s leaving has now, right?”

I then felt a wave of sadness. This is definitely her last night, our last night. We will never see our family again….that’s if Caleb decides to take me with him. I thought about sleeping next to her tonight. As everyone knows, alpha males are possessive when it comes to their mates. So I guess that she’s sleeping next to him.

“Yeah…she’s leaving us tomorrow morning”

I could feel my mom’s sadness. I felt her emotions through the mind link.

“Mom, is it okay to come down now?”

“Sure honey. They somewhere in the forest right now”

I quickly jumped up and ran downstairs, into my mother’s arms. I let her cry, she knows that now she only has two daughters still here with her. If only she knew I would leave soon too.

I cry with her, because that mutt might decide to take me too. After me and my mom’s little moment, I could smell them coming. So I quickly let go and give her a kiss on the cheek. I run back to my bedroom.

I take a quick shower, to ease my puffy eyes. I then lay on my bed and try to fall asleep, which wasn’t helping. Soon, a familiar smell takes over my entire room. Alpha Caleb was standing in my room at this very moment. I decide to ignore him and pretend that I’m asleep.

“I know that you’re not sleeping”

How the hell did he figure that out? Does he have some sort of powers or something?

“Don’t ignore me. I hate being ignored and disrespected”

Something in his voice told me to listen to him, it sounded deadly. Even Adrian had her head down. She was whining and telling me to pay attention.

I slowly sat up, and I pulled my knees to my chest. I still never looked at him.

“Look at me mate!”

I took a deep breath and I looked at him. He took slow steps towards me, big slow steps. I was becoming even more anxious and nervous. My palms became sweaty and right now I did not know what the hell to do.

I am extremely afraid of this man standing in front of me, for he is capable of doing anything.
