I turned and sprinted as fast as I could, but I bumped into some of the pack members. They were out hunting.
“Hey Amara, what are you doing out here in the woods by yourself?” A man asks me.
“And in underwear” The woman next to him asks.
Just then Chris comes from behind a tree.
“Oh my sister will love this”
He says and he smiles a sinister smile. A minute later, blonde girl arrives. The rest of the pack follows behind her, including Tatum and Calum. They looked concerned when they saw her coming towards me.
“So this is the girl who got pregnant by MY Caleb?” She asks her brother.
Chris nods. She turns to me, and when she smells that the baby belonged to Caleb, she got mad.
“You little slut!!”
She jumps in the air, kicking me in the face which has me falling backwards. A sharp object pierces me through my heart. The entire pack cheers her on, as Tatum and Calum run towards me.
Pain is all I felt, I couldn’t move. Everything around me started becoming blurry. I felt liquid run down between my legs, I looked down and saw that another sharp object, was stabbed into my stomach. I looked at my wolf, and saw that she was slowly bleeding out. She then instantly died because of the amount of blood she lost.
Tatum and Calum sat by my side, begging me to stay awake. I then saw Joshua and Caleb run through the woods. The last thing I heard was Tatum screaming.
“IT WAS YOUR BABY!!! IT’S ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!!!”
I heard crying and sobbing, then I felt a hand on my cheek. I was slowly losing it, I couldn’t keep myself awake anymore. I didn’t have the strength to fight. I felt sparks and I knew it was Caleb.
“I’m so sorry Amara…please Don’t leave me”
All I saw was darkness.
