The next morning I woke up feeling dizzy my head was busting. The room had already been cleaned the curtains were open but my door was shut. On the side of me I found 2 pills and water with a note saying:
“… take these and all it’ll do all your problems away…
I smiled and took the meds my phone was no where to be found so I laid back and rested a little while longer the door opened and Chris walked him with a bowl of breakfast:
“How you feeling ms Dancing on the tables,” with a smirk on his face.
“Not well , I done way too much drinking last night I think I might have also lost my phone.” He sat besides me put his hand on my forehead and under my chin.
“No fever which is good,” I laughed .
“Are you a doctor now?” I asked.
“Yes I am , your all mine today my sister is gone to campus, mum and dad are still out of town therefore I get to babysit you”

I sat up straight eating my breakfast chris got up and took off his shirt.
“Woah what are you doing?” I asked
“I’m going to bath , I have a bathroom in my room remember!” He said looking at me now taking off his training shorts he turned around and walked into the bath I could hear him run his water. He came out with a towel around his lower body her stood in line with the bed looking at me and then closed the doors to the bathroom I continued to eat doing my hardest to ignore how sexy I thought he was I tried to convince myself that it was nothing I took a walk downstairs to leave the bowl I heard him arguing and I rushed up to check if he was okay.
“Chris what’s going on with you ?” He sat at the edge of the bed with rage in his eyes I’ve seen this look many times and I knew for sure that nothing good came from it chris was short tempered and getting him calm was something not anyone could do , anyone but me.

“Dont tell me how to feel okay, I like her and she used me” he said this kicking the chair of his study desk hurting his foot he fell down I rushed over to tend to him.
“Look no one here judges you for having a heart and you’re allowed to fall in love with who ever it is you chose to” I said looking into his eyes, I could almost see tears in his eyes something that I’d never seen in years . I helped him up onto the bed and ran down to get an ice pack for his foot . I suggested we go straight to the doctor to have it checked out since he had an up coming game . The doctor gave bad news and said that chris had to sit two weeks out of the game. That meant chris and I would now be seeing alot more of each other than expected.
“Look no one here judges you for having a heart and you’re allowed to fall in love with who ever it is you chose to” I said looking into his eyes, I could almost see tears in his eyes something that I’d never seen in years . There was a storm coming so when we got home I made popcorn and chris and I decided to watch a romcom soon we started chatting about our ideal partner chris described his partner as nothing less than Jay he loved her I could see it in the way he spoke about her.
“What happened, Chris , you gotta talk about why you two are fighting I’ve never seen you get that way about a girl what’s going on?” I asked
“Last night she disappeared and when I went to check on where she was I caught her with Luke,” he said sadly. “I got played by the one woman I love or at least I thoughtI did.”
Hearing chris speak this way about a girl was so rare I found myself jealous hearing how much he praised her . I grabbed his hand looked him in the eye and told him that she was the one missing out on someone great and not him we stared at each other and he came close in my face and kissed me . I knew it was wrong but I didn’t stop him.
