In those days sand and food
Had a similar taste
Days when my mind was Scott free
Just feeling so bliss
In those days playing with my friends was my own euphoric key.
Everything was at a standstill
No sadness, pain and disappointments
This world has to offer
Just happiness and no worries

Those were my childhood days
When I would laugh all day
Chatter stories that never existed
Playing games that only brought delight to my soul
I had flamboyant days
In that park
On that playing ground
Our happiness was irrepressible
Every one of us was an equal
Where we teered joyously
In a world of our own

When we would fight over silly issues
But still make up
No one was a supercilious jerk
We all loved, adored and cherished each other
Those were my happiest moments of my lifetime
I would trade anything
Just to revisit those sweet vibrant days.
