Things could have turned out for the better
But love was not meant for the purpose we had thought,
Just another
Our relationship was unselfishly amazing
But with someone else, you were a lot happier
And I,
More of a writer
To numb this love and anger I so strongly endure
Memories are all that are left
And whenever I reminisce about our love I am a bit happier
Knowing that you still smile the brightest, keeps me tender
Even though at times I hate I am not the one to make you happy and warmer
Guess knowing that you still love and smiles is the best closure
Why is loving so hostile yet so beautiful?
What’s your story?
