I am still Black

Black face,black arms,black legs.
They used to say being black is a curse.

They took our religion and turned it into shame
They gave us new names

We used to pray to uQamatha to stop our ending pain

But I don’t complain
Life is super strange

But now we are out of that phase
We know it a mistake

If I can go to the past and do everything around
But it’s to later

Blacks don’t hate
Blacks are not insane
You just need to give them space

We were locked in a cage
They called us names
They said we are animals with furious rage

But I am racist
It’s just that the past is hunting me

I can’t say thing are perfect

But we will try making perfection
Together
Blacks and whites forever.
