I never thought that one day, my mind will drift away and end up writing. And I don’t know if I am a writer or what? So far I am still amazed in million ways…I once tried to write and submit my work by email. My work was not published because of some mistakes. I was not disappointed actually. I was glad that FunDza did respond to my email and point out my mistakes…
Almost every day I access the FunDza website. I saw some changes, a change that changed my life. On the menu there’s aLOVEWRITING tab and some instructions…I tried my luck. I wrote a piece and submitted, I was not even sure if it’s great or whether they will publish it…
But to my suprise after some weeks, I saw it…it was published….
The point is don’t ever think it’s too late to start from scratch or to try again. You don’t know when you are going to achieve. Don’t feel embarrassed to do things little by little…as long as you have started, one day you will reach your goals. Don’t follow other peoples foot steps because you will get lost, rather start your own journey. Try not to envy other people’s success because you don’t know the struggles they have faced to be where they are. We are different, we come from different backgrounds. Also don’t let your background define your future…be the definition of your own future….
You may have set time for your goals. If they don’t happen in your set time, it doesn’t mean they are not going to happen. You may have given up now, but trust me, the strength in you will be revived…
