Influenza, or “Flu” is an illness that affects your breathing system. This means that flu affects your nose, throat and lungs. The flu is most common during the winter months, and is very contagious. This means that you can catch it easily.

Eating (remember you must eat healthy).

 

4. Who are at high risk?

People who are at high risk of getting flu are Young and old people. Young or old people should definitely see a doctor if they get the flu.
