Start your morning with a couple of warm-ups, and stretch a bit to get you in the right mood. Drink a cup of water to release all the toxins and have a healthy breakfast. And get this, it doesn’t need to be corn flakes or some fancy cereal. Yoh guys, din pap is the best no lies. Sugar and butter combined. You will have the best combustion in your mouth.
