Mavi’s father is such a dinosaur. He’s always on Mavi’s case about using isiXhosa at home for all the words, even if the English ones are easier. Who has time to say “21” in isiXhosa when you can say it in English? Nobody, that’s who. Well, nobody except his father, that is.
