Hi Bupe, unfortunately we do not offer counselling, but you can visit the Perinatal Mental Health Project (PMHP) (www.pmhp.za.org) and they might be able to assist you or visit your local clinic and speak to a nurse or doctor. Hopefully it will all workout well for you and your baby.

Please, help me. I'm 24 years old, female, studying law. I stay in an abusive household and my mom makes sure that I stay financially dependant on her in every way. I'm not allowed out the house unless I'm going to buy something for her. She's isolated me from everyone in the family and they have the idea that Im troublesome, because of what she has been telling them. I don't know where to go and who to talk to anymore. I don't drink or smoke or do any drugs or substance abuse. I just need a place to stay for a while. I'm willing to help out in every way possible to the best of my abilities. we lost our parents within a period of a year. my father in 2012 my mother 2013. im the middle child. I have an older sister and a young brother. after the passing of our parents my young brother now 22, has been diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia that lead to substance abuse, and him refusing to take his pills, him being in and out of hospital from 2012 til date.. I once lived with him with my three year old daughter but things did not work out as he was scaring us. He is now under medication after he went to jail from an insult and now he is out on bail as we have to decide what to do with him. my older sister is in school and lives in Gauteng whilst I live in FS. she cant live with him because she is not working and is a single parent in school. we have no family members who care. after the death of my parents they have distanced themselves from us. his exit from the potch hospital they said he needs stability in his life and constant guidance, which is something that me and my sister lack as we are trying to work hard for our children. is there maybe a home that could accommodate him what other options is there?

this evening I became so angrily at my son of six. Today I took him out for the day he had very thing his heart desired...... Then this evening I get him ready for karate class with out my knowledge or even seeing him he took my very expensive neckpiece I got as a gift with him to karate. Hello, I am a Mommy to a wonderfull son,we have no family, I'm not allowed to have friends and I am stuck in an emotionally and psychologically abusive relationship, I am fast seeing that physical abuse will follow.I suffer from bipolar and PTSD, I beg for someone out there to guide me to my necessary medications as he doesnt feel I need my medication...he has no idea how I suffer.I am a quiet and submissive woman therefore I'm bullied quite easily . Yes I want to work,YES I want to change the situation and YES it would be wonderfull to have somewhere to go, a home...but all I ask from some Angel out there is for my medication so that I can cope to make these things happen.Someone, anyone save us from this situation.
