The next morning Ashley rolled over, moving his hand. He tried to cuddle, only to find the woman was not the room. He looked so disappointed.

He bathed and put on his mechanics uniform. He went outside and dragged Noluntu’s car to Motor Mechanics. That evening he made the car his priority.

“Ash, you been busy with that car all day. Is it a dream car?” Damon joked.

Ashley smiled back “No bra, it belongs to somebody I know. I met her last night.”

“Why are you all smiles then?” Damon asked curiously.

Ashley cut a long story short. He told Damon how he and Noluntu had met. He looked so comfortable talking about her.

“One thing just led to another. She was in my bed.” Concluded Ashley.

Damon laughed. “These days, you seem to be sleeping with every woman. It’s unlike you bra, but hey I think like this new side of yours,” he said. “This Noluntu woman. I have never heard you talking about a women with such passion. Maybe she’s your next.”

“I know nothing about her. She left without saying goodbye. Last night there was this part when she got a fright from nothing,” Ashley said, concerned.

“Suddenly I don’t like this woman anymore. Is it just me or are worried you might not see her again?” asked Damon.

“I wouldn’t care if she came back or not.”

Damon looked convinced. They went to lunch on the stand. A beautiful car appeared at their gate. Their first thought was that it was another customer. One man stepped out dressed in a leather jacket. He opened the back door as another guy came out.

The two guys walked into the Mechanics yard. They headed towards Noluntu’s car. They stood and stared at it.

“This is the car,” the guy in the suit said.

Ashley and Damon stood up to go and assist them.

“Hi gentlemen, welcome to Motor Mechanics,” said Damon.

“How can we be off assistance to you?” Ashley asked professionally.

The guy in the suit stared at him with dark eyes. “How did this car end up here? Who bought it here?”

Both mechanics looked at each other. Ashley got close to them

“Sir, here in this company we don’t disclose clients details to strangers.”

“This car belongs to me. It is stolen property,” said the guy. His guard took out documents and gave them to them. They meticulously read it through.

“To be honest, we thought this car belonged to a lady named Noluntu,” said Damon

They laughed. “Noluntu, so she is using a fake identity. This car belongs to Michael Craig. It’s mine. Where is the woman?”

“We have no idea, we are also waiting for her,” said Ashley feeling uncomfortable under Michael’s stare.

“When she returns, call me. This is my card,” Michael said as he turned and left. His guard followed him slowly.

“Sir, what about your car,” asked Damon.

“I’ll just leave it here, just in case she comes back for it,” said Michael as the car drove away.

Damon stared at Ashley. “What is going on, Ash?”

Ashley sighed deeply, “I’ve got no idea.” He felt a rattled to the bone.
