The following day David worked hard on the piece he was to present before the congregation, thinking about what he had discussed with the Pastor. He had spent hours continually practicing for the upcoming performance and felt like rocking the stage before the audience already.

On Sunday morning, the 28th of May 2006, the day felt especially special and bright. It was the day of David’s performance. He prepared himself and left for church before his mother. When he got there, he looked at his watch and thought to himself, Oh! Gosh, come on, why can it not be eleven o’clock already? Move fast, there is something more important than ticking to perform today please! He then waited a long time, but because of his patience, he never thought of leaving. Instead, he simply kept on practicing.

Finally, Pastor came out and told him it was about time, time for his well-cooked pots to get ready to serve others before the church service.

He opened up with a clear introduction, saying, “Good day everyone, today I will be presenting a piece of my mind’s work to help motivate you all,” before delving into his speech.

“We people sometimes make the huge mistake of hating others for nothing other than the fact that they have annoyed us before. This kind of unjustified hate is something unforgivable in heaven. Yes! you may hate, but hate will never kill, unless accompanied by a hand’s assistance.

“Many will dislike you for being good; for not having the capacity within to maintain hatred and for refusing to be connected to an external source of it. Do not be fooled by a fool, be yourself, step into the pool of life, and enjoy your beautiful day.

“People will always bad mouth you behind your back, but you should console yourself with the following words: ‘Where are these voices coming from? I do not see any of them before my eyes, but rather I hear them behind me.’ Those voices no longer matter, for they cannot stop you. They are long behind you. Be grateful to have them as your bodyguards, for they have taught you that such words will never harm you. Now all you have to do is never look back and instead concentrate on your vision for the future.

“It is time for you to enjoy being disliked by many, for this is a sign that those who dislike you don’t deserve to be by your side. Thank God for revealing these people to you and making sure you know their true nature. Yes, you may be hated by some but it is a pity for those people, for they will not succeed in life. Sit back and ask yourself this question ‘What do they earn after completing any kind of job?’ It seems a pity that they are busy working very hard hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and even yearly, but are earning nothing. What a punishment!

“Do not fear those haters of yours, for you are with God your heavenly father, always. I would like you all to go and read these holy Scriptures from your holy bibles: Matthew 5:43-44 and 24:9-10.

“Now I urge you all, never ever lose hope when things start to get ugly before your eyes. Trust in God, believe in Him, for he will always be with you and supportive of you every little step of the way. Brace yourself and find the courage to become much stronger than before.

“Let your haters feel pity for themselves, for being hated by man is a minor problem, and for every problem there is a solution. There are always hidden keys to search for before opening locked doors. There is no time to hate anyone, for that person you are busy hating may be the one who will help you tomorrow. Don’t let being hated hurt your feelings, for you are pure at heart. You should not be afraid of anyone’s hatred if you have done nothing wrong to them. They are only suffering from their own mental problems.

“Never ignore the fact that you are not perfect, for you will never know what tomorrow has in store for you. Pretences never last, and there will come a point when your lies will be uncovered.

Honestly, if you are busy spreading hatred in other people’s lives, you should not attend church. You are preparing yourself for church each week and singing Gospel songs, yet what possible reason could you have to attend? You are busy making others blind. Just because you never liked someone, does not mean others should support you in your hatred. Leave them alone and take your own path, for Jesus said ‘Before you love me, begin with those who you are living with, and if you do not, you cannot love me.’

“Proceed with Matthew 5:8-12. Now, do not be surprised when somebody hates you, for hate is the culture anyone can claim as their own. This culture of hate began long ago, and you are not the only one who is being hated now. You should learn how to disappoint your haters like I did before. I hope you may give me this moment to share this short, saddening story with you:

“This beautiful world was the only one I had ever seen, heard of, or lived in before, and yet, after what happened, I regretted my way of life. I had lived almost my entire life looking forward to loving and being loved in return, but what did I get? Nothing but all kinds of bad names thrown at my back. This was the time my beautiful world began to turn against me.

“With the exception of God, nobody liked me, and those who shunned me did things I cannot even describe. At that time, I had not yet decided to worship the king of Heaven and Earth. It was so tough living my life as a spurned creature, a creature so strictly unaccepted in its own world. I often asked myself ‘Why?’ and finally one day I was answered.

“I heard a voice directly from heaven saying, ‘My child, your beautiful world has turned against you, but never ever give up, for I am always with you. Let them hate, but never do the same thing to them. Learn to live with your enemies and love them, and take them as your brothers and sisters.’

“Before that day I had never felt so destroyed and without purpose, but in that moment I was taught a life lesson. I realised that I had been attacked so much that I ended up stuck in the dark. There were no other places I could escape to; no places to hide my head in while my beautiful world turned against me. It was devastating living on my own solitary planet where there was no life. You might not want to know this, but even the birds never flew or sang near me. Everything I saw became dark. I couldn’t even recognize beautiful colours during that time. I was forced to fight for my life, with only Jesus’ name to carry me forward.

“Yes, it was very hard. That was the moment I realized the beautiful world I had once lived in had turned against me. It had shifted from being a bright, beautiful place to the darkest room of hell. That beautiful world of mine turned against me and became a beautiful war.

“Still, I never thought of giving up, but rather kept staggering through the dark until I saw the light of God shining brightly before me. My final decision in that moment was only to follow his commands.

“I have stood beside those who hated me and giggled, disappointing those haters who feed off retaliation. Never return their brutality, but rather learn to live with them as they are. God created them for you to see that the world is home to all kinds of people, some positive and others negative. Turn your haters into your friends, and stand aside to see what they will do. Nothing can defeat somebody who never gives up, so though it may be hard to build friendships with them, keep trying and push yourself every day.

“If you really think you are hated, my suggestion for you is to sit down and come up with a powerful and pure idea to destroy the fire of hell. If you continue to hate someone after reading this book, just know that you are the reason Jesus will never be seen in the flesh.

“God’s child, please drop that dark, heavy, evil sack of hatred you are carrying right now, for your saviour, the one who gave you life, is awaiting you. Only He can help lift your heavy burden and cleanse your sins, restoring your mind to a new, purer version of itself.

Are you not tired of hating somebody who keeps doing great things each and every day? Honestly, your hatred is depressing. Try not to be so brutal, for you were born with the purpose of changing the world for the better, not for the worse.

“Some of us do change our own beautiful world for the worse by encouraging the spread of bad behaviour. You should stop hating others just because of what they do. Instead, trust in the Lord.

“Here are some of the scriptures which I have quoted from the holy bible, and I believe they can thoroughly change you: Exodus 23:4-5; Leviticus 19:17-18; John 2:11, 3:15, 3:20, and 15:18-19; and Luke 21:16.

“Now people, if you really understood what I have just said and quoted from the most popular book that can be read by anyone, you will never meet the dark Lords of this world. And you, who believe in Christianity, never let God’s hand escape your reach. Stop wasting your time trying to wait for other people to fall down, for the moment you do such a thing, you can consider yourself dead before them. This is because you do nothing but waste your time watching them, while they are busy truly living and running their lives.

“Never let your presence become a problem for someone, for there is a solution to every problem. Make no mistake, once the solution has been discovered, your life will be permanently changed from what it was and become a living hell.

“Leading a wealthy lifestyle may sometimes cause you to unintentionally provoke others, who will lash out against you. While this could easily make you develop hatred for them and eventually manifest this hatred outwardly, you must fight against it. Remember, the mind root that always generates good ideas, will forever be known as the producer of the most sweetened fruit tree in the world,” David said.

After his presentation, some of the church members were crying. Some were busy quoting some of the most important and healing lines from what he had said, and the rest advised him to begin writing a book. They all thought he was indeed the youngest, most talented, and also most intellectual child they could imagine.

Well David himself had accomplished his short-term goal and had managed to change his life, which had been so full of hardships, into the happiest kind of existence. He had finally made his mother, and everyone in his village, very happy and proud. He made history, and I doubt he will ever be forgotten.
